1. Warranty & Return Policy

1. If you are not happy with our products for any reason, please contact us freely. We provide 90 days warranty and unconditional 30-Day refund.

2. Our products have been well tested before delivery, but we cannot guarantee 100%. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please feel free to contact us, thank you.

 

2. How will I be refunded for my return?

In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.

Refunds to a REDcard typically take 1-2 days. Refunds to a third-party credit card typically take 1-3 days. For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your card-issuing financial institution.

It can take up to 5 additional business days to inspect and process items returned to our Online Return Center before refunds can be processed.

 

3. How do I return an item I received as a gift?

You can return an item you received as a gift to a Betolye store using a gift receipt or packing slip, and you’ll receive a refund in the form of a Betolye GiftCard.

 

4. Are shipping charges refunded for Betolye returns?

Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your return. You may not be refunded for shipping charges if:
The return was declined by our online return center.
The return was not due to an error by Betolye.

If you placed an order and haven’t received it yet, you can refuse your order when the shipper delivers your package. When we receive the returned items, we’ll credit your account for the price of the items and any shipping costs.

 

5. Why was my return declined by the online return center?

A return may be declined for one of the following reasons:

1. Your return was outside of the return window.
2. The item appears worn or used.
3. The item was opened.
4. The item was non-returnable or non-returnable if opened.
5. The online return center wasn't able to locate the order number or other information needed to process the return.
6. The item is not a Betolye item.
